These were unforgettable times. We had a vision and a goal. At the normative, organisational and other levels, the preparation of independence, independence itself and then the establishment of the basic functions of an independent state were planned in advance and this was a surprise for all those who tried to prevent it. We have certainly not used all the opportunities we have had in these 10 years. I am sure, however, that we have used all the most important ones. What are 10 years in the life of an individual and what in the development of a country?
